Tap a question to see the answer.

How do I request workers?

Open the Find Workers page and send the role, location, shift, start date, and number of workers you need. HireCrate reviews the request and follows up with the next step.

What should employers include?

Send the job title or role, number of workers, location, shift or schedule, start date, pay range if known, and the best contact name, email, and phone. A short, clear message is enough to start.

How do I ask about work?

Open the Find Work page and tell us the type of work you want, your experience, availability, and the best way to reach you. HireCrate follows up when there may be a fit.

Do I need a resume?

No. A long resume is not required to start. You can add a short note about your experience if you have one, but it is optional.

What industries does HireCrate support?

Warehouse, manufacturing, construction, office and admin, healthcare support, hospitality, general labor, customer service, and other practical hiring needs. See the Industries page for details.

How does HireCrate follow up?

HireCrate reviews each request and follows up with the next step. We aim to follow up promptly, and we keep communication clear and direct.

Is my information private?

Your contact details are used so HireCrate can respond to your staffing or job-interest request. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, medical information, or sensitive documents. See the Privacy Notice for more.

Is the dashboard public?

No. The dashboard is an internal, browser-local tool used to track staffing work. It saves data only in the browser it is used in, and it should not be used for sensitive personal information.
