HireCrate Staffing uses the contact details you submit only so we can respond to your staffing or job-interest request. We use it to follow up with the next step.
How the forms work
Public forms on this site currently use email (mailto) behavior. When you submit, your message is prepared as an email to HireCrate. There is no separate account or backend database for public requests.
The internal dashboard
The internal dashboard stores information in the browser only. It is not a public, multi-device system. If you use it, export backups carefully and treat the data as local to that browser.
Please do not submit sensitive information
Do not send Social Security numbers, banking details, medical information, or sensitive documents through this site. Share only the basic details needed for HireCrate to follow up — such as the role or work you want, location, availability, and how to reach you.
